Planning Lawyer Permanent
£37,000 - 48,000 Depending on experience
Planning and Highways Lawyer required to join a social enterprise firm which prides itself on providing legal services across the public and not to profit sector. This position is for a permanent member of staff and can be based in either their Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire or Bedfordshire office depending on the candidate's preference.
Our client has a full breadth of work available due to the organisation undertaking work for three main large local authorities where there is significant growth and development being undertaken. The planning team are currently undertaking major development projects and regeneration matters across three regional areas and you will be working with the team to progres these. Matters will include S106, S278 and S38 agreements at varying complexities, planning enforcement, CIL, CPO matters and general planning advice.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to join an organisation which can offer a variety of work to include infrastructure, highways, development and planning projects as well.
Our client is currently working remotely however there will be office presence required which is yet to be determined and still under review but they are happy to be flexible around candidate needs.
