Principal Planning and Highways Lawyer required to join a social enterprise firm which prides itself on providing legal services across the public and not to profit sector. This position is for a permanent member of staff and to be based within their Bedfordshire office.

You will managing a team of 4-5 lawyers whilst having the opportunity to work an interesting and varied caseload with clients from public sector organisations. This firm is currently undertaking major development projects and regeneration matters across three regional areas and you will be supporting your clients with these. You will be developing and training some of the more junior members of the team who are all passionate and eager to learn and develop.

You will be part of the wider management team and will be working together to implement the strategic action plan across the business. You will be required to meet with clients and assist with managing client expectations for the team.
