Sellick Partnership have been engaged to recruit a PA to assist a Senior Director with administrative duties and diary management. We are looking for candidates with strong administrative and interpersonal skills looking for an interim assignment.

Responsibilities of the role include:

* Manage workload of Directors to ensure the timely resolution of any private or sensitive issues

* Answer queries and requests for information

* Filter internal and external communications to the Director(s)

* Sensitively handle any personal of confidential information with discretion

* Prepare documentation for meetings as and when required and ensure the briefing of Director(s) for any events

* Track any queries and responses initiated by Director(s) efficiently and proactively

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

* Previous experience within an Admin / PA position

* Strong organisational abilities and confidence managing clashing priorities

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
