Personal Injury Lawyer
Contract - Full-time

Personal Injury Lawyer required to join a Government Department in London for a minimum of 11 months. My client is looking for a qualified solicitor, barrister or equivalent who is experienced in personal injury and litigation to manage a high profile caseload. Public sector experience would be beneficial for the successful personal injury lawyer but not essential. The role would include but not be exclusive to working claims against damages, private law litigation and civil law litigation.

  • Dealing with a high profile personal injury caseload
  • Dealing with private and civil law litigation
  • Working defendant claims
  • Managing construction damages claims

Required skills and experience of the Personal Injury Lawyer

  • Qualified solicitor, barrister or equivalent
  • Personal injury experience
  • Experience in private/ civil law litigation
