Planned Project Officer

Permanent, full-time

Our client, a leading housing association is looking for an experienced Planned Project Officer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis in Staffordshire.

Duties of the Planned Project Officer will include:

  • Project manage all planned and cyclical contracts/works to agreed timescale and cost
  • Undertake pre, work in progress and post inspections to ensure targets are met and the quality of work
  • Process all relevant documentation for completion of jobs including CDM, KPI's and site monitoring reports
  • Liaise with members of the public, tenants and clients in relation to aspects of planned improvement
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance to statutory requirements and standing orders
  • Work with the project manager to ensure budgets are under control

The suitable Planned Project Officer will have:

  • HNC/HND or be working towards similar in the building or construction industry
  • Experience in practical building and property maintenance
  • Experience in dealing with specifications, working drawings and schedule of works
  • Experience of working with and supervising contractors
