Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Planning & Highways Solicitor to join a well-respected Local Authority based in the East Midlands.

The successful Solicitor will have a range of duties, such as:

  • Section 106s
  • Section 278 agreements
  • Dealing with planning enquiries/committees
  • Developmental plans

The post is for 3 months initially, but is likely to be extended. Full and part time working hours will be considered and you will have the option to work from home up to 2 days per week, after an initial settling in period. The Council has great public transport links nearby and is located within walking distance of a train station.

Those with prior local authority experience are highly desirable, but our client will consider those from other backgrounds.
