Exceptional opportunity exists for a planning and/or highways solicitor/lawyer to take on an interesting caseload of varied planning law matters. Highways law experience would beneficial, although not essential.
You will ideally be working either within local government or private practice, on a standalone planning law caseload, or as part of a varied caseload of development matters. Specific PQE levels are not a pre-requisite for this role, as the organisation is happy to consider any level of experience. There is a team of extremely well established and experienced planning lawyers working in-house. Training and development is offered to candidates who may need some technical support.
The team is extremely friendly, supportive, and genuinely committed to doing an excellent job for their clients. They embark on cutting edge work, as well as the more routine tasks, which makes for a very varied and interesting workload, which is shared between the team, depending on availability and experience.
In return for your commitment and hardwork, you will be rewarded with an excellent salary, above average benefits, including 30 days holiday + bank holidays on top, as well as good pension contributions and other adhoc benefits.
