A Planning and Licensing paralegal is required to join a Local Authority within Central London on a Locum basis for an initial 3 - 6 months basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Planning & Licensing Paralegal to work within a fast-paced Planning team for a popular local authority. The successful Planning and licensing paralegal daily duties will include:

  • Providing key support and assistance to the team Planning and Licensing team
  • Creating Bundles
  • Attending court with Lawyers
  • Finalising matters for section 106 agreements
  • Preparing and filing documents
  • Diary management
  • Key administrative tasks

Planning & Licensing paralegals with local authority or private practice experience are encouraged to apply for this role. Our client is happy to consider candidates from a private practice background, however those with public sector experience are highly desirable.

Furthermore, it is important that the successful Planning & Licensing Paralegal is of an enthusiastic nature with the ability to adapt quickly, as they will be assisting a busy planning team.
