Senior Planning and Litigation Lawyer is required to join a local authority based to the South East of London on a locum basis for a period of 3 months initially and the view of extension thereafter.
You will be joining a wonderful small and close knit team. The successful postholder will be experienced within the areas of both planning and litigation due to the caseload being really varied.
You will be undertaking matters such as;
- Community protection orders,
- Public space protection orders,
- Enforcement notices,
- Litigation in relation to travellers
- Judicial reviews in relations to challenges and homelessness
- Planning related matters
- Licensing matters
- Supporting junior members in planning committees
The client is ideally looking for someone on a 3-4 day week basis but would be happy to consider someone on a full time contract.
