Planning Lawyer required to join a commercial and forward thinking Local Authority based in East of England. The role would be to undertake a good length of contract and suit an enthusiastic Lawyer who is looking gain exposure to the public sector.
This is a rare opportunity for somebody who is simply looking to further their skillset. Whilst this role is to specialise in Planning work, it would be beneficial if the candidate does hold some experience dealing with Property matters.
Duties to include:
- Reviewing, advising and drafting s106 Agreements, s275 Agreements, amongst others
- Drafting, reviewing and advising on Licence Agreements
- Providing advice on any other planning law queries and documents
- Building on client relationships across the Council
The client is open to candidates of all levels of experience within this area of law; although ideally experience of working within the public sector.
Whilst the organisation are happy to accommodate the successful candidate with some flexibility around working hours if required; both part time and full time candidates are encourage to apply for the post.
