Planning Lawyer required to join a local authority organisation in London for an initial 3 month period, with the view to extend thereafter.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Planning Lawyer to join a supportive team who offer excellent administrative support within a busy local authority.

Applications are welcomed from candidates who have a local authority or private practice background, although it is essential to hold proven experience in planning law.

The successful Planning Lawyer will undertake a varied caseload of work, which may include;

  • Drafting high profile s106 agreements
  • S38 matters
  • S278 matters
  • Advising clients on planning issues
  • Dealing with judicial review applications
  • Attending planning committees

The local authority are happy to accommodate the successful candidate with a level of flexibility around working hours if required. The office is easy to reach, located within walking distance from the nearest train station.
