Sellick Partnership are currently seeking a Planning Lawyer to join a Local Authority based in Bristol.
We are keen to hear from qualified lawyers of all levels who have previous local government experience, as well as those who are looking to break into the public sector.
The successful Planning Lawyer will take on a varied caseload, including, but not exclusive to:
- Section 106s
- Section 38s
- Planning enforcements
- Compulsory purchase orders
- General planning advice
This is a full-time position, although our client will consider candidates who are seeking a shorter working week. There will be flexibility with home working.
The successful Planning Lawyer will be available immediately and able to commit to a period of 3 months initially.
