We are looking for an experienced Planning Lawyer to join a friendly London local authority on a contract basis.

The ideal candidate will work as part of a team dealing with a interesting and varied planning caseload which will include:

  • Judicial reviews
  • Planning inquiries and enforcement
  • S278 agreements
  • S247 stopping up orders
  • Planning committee work
  • Negotiation and completion of complex and high value s106 planning agreements

This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to further their experience on large strategic schemes.

The local authority are happy to accommodate the successful candidate with a level of flexibility around working hours if required, including permitting home-working where suitable. The office is easy to reach, located within walking distance from the nearest train station.
