Sellick Partnership are looking for an experienced Planning Lawyer to join a friendly London local authority on a contract basis.
About the role
As a Locum Planning Lawyer, you will work as part of a team dealing with an interesting and varied planning caseload which will include:
- Judicial reviews
- Planning inquiries and enforcement
- S278 agreements
- S247 stopping up orders
- Planning committee work
- Negotiation and completion of complex and high value s106 planning agreements
This is a great opportunity for a Planning Lawyer who is looking to further their experience on large strategic schemes.
The successful Planning Lawyer will benefit from a 35 hour week and this local authority are happy to accommodate with a level of flexibility around working hours if required, including permitting home-working where suitable.
