Planning Lawyer required to join a local authority based in East London on a locum basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a local authority which is well known for it's strong reputation within regeneration and development in the Borough.

The successful candidate will undertake an all-encompassing Planning role, which will involve the following;

- Handling S.106 agreements

- Planning enforcement notices

- Providing legal advice on planning and highways matters

Our client is looking for an experienced Planning Lawyer, who is able to hit the ground running and manage a busy caseload. This role would be really well suited to an experienced public sector lawyer, although applications are welcomed from private practice candidates, or alternatively lawyers who have qualified in another jurisdiction, who are looking to secure a role within a public sector organisation.

This council is well located, situated within walking distance from the nearest station making it easily commutable from throughout London.
