My client has an exciting opportunity for a Locum Planning Lawyer to join a local authority organisation in west London.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Planning Lawyer to join a supportive team who offer excellent administrative support. Applications are welcome from candidates who have previous local authority or private practice experience, although it is essential to be able to manage a complex caseload of planning matters.

The successful Planning Lawyer will be dealing with:

  • Complex s106 agreements
  • s38 and s278 agreements
  • Highway agreements
  • Advising clients on general planning and highway matters
  • Judicial review matters
