A popular south-east London Borough Council are looking for a Planning Lawyer to join their team. This is initially a locum contract, 3 to 6 months, but is likely be extended further.

The Planning Lawyer will deal with a variety of planning law related matters, including but not limited to:

  • Section 106s
  • Section 278 agreements
  • Development plans
  • Environmental impact assessments

The successful Planning Lawyer will enjoy the benefits of nearby public transport links, both inside and outside of London, and car parks. The team are warm and welcoming, and the rate is competitive.

Experience of working within a Local Authority is highly desirable, but those from other work backgrounds, with relevant transferable skills, are strongly encouraged to apply.
