Sellick Partnership are currently seeking a Planning Lawyer to join a Local Authority based in the South East on a part time basis. The role is for 21 hours per week over 3 days.

This authority is a highly regarded sought after place to work; the team are well organised and welcoming. They are ideally looking for a Planning Lawyer who can work independantly but also as part of the team.

The successful Planning Lawyer will take on a varied caseload, including, but not exclusive to:

  • Section 106s
  • Planning enforcements
  • General planning advice

This is a part time role that is to be worked entirely remotely for the forseeable future. There is scope for the hours to increase however this is dependant on workload.

The successful Planning Lawyer will be available immediately and be able to commit to a period of 3 months initially.
