Sellick Partnership are currently working in partnership with a high performing Private Practice, in the recruitment of an experienced Planning Lawyer on a locum basis for circa 3 months. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong, dynamic and enthusiastic Planning Lawyer to undertake a high quality caseload of planning and/or highways matters.
The role of the Planning Lawyer will incorporate both highways and planning law, and therefore you will ideally have a background of working either with or in a county council or a borough council, to have the experience to take on the varied tasks that will come across your desk.
Areas of work for the Planning Lawyer include general planning matters, highways matters, compulsory purchase order work, and or public rights of way. Ideally the successful Planning Lawyer will have gained experience in some or all of these areas.
