Planning Lawyer required to join a local authority based in Northamptonshire for an initial 3 month period.

This is a fantastic opportunity to undertake a fast-paced role within a well-regarded local authority. Our client is happy to offer flexibility around working hours where suitable, making this position ideal for those seeking a better work-life-balance.

The successful candidate will be dealing with a wide range of planning and highway matters for a shared service. Alongside managing a busy caseload, you will also be providing general planning advice, drafting S106 matters, and attending planning committees.

Due to the nature of this role, it is beneficial for the successful candidate to have a local authority background, although this is not essential.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Chelsey Newsom in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
