A friendly and organised London Council is seeking a Planning Lawyer to join their team on a locum basis for a minimum of 6 months.

You will be working predominantly from home, with occasional office attendance (up to once a month).

This Planning team are a stable and reputable team who do not recruit foten, so don't miss out on this chance to join them!

Your workload will include:

  • Section 106s
  • Providing advice to officers on a wide range of planning matters
  • Advising at committee and reviewing committee reports
  • Drafting agreements

While public sector experience is preferable, my client is also happy to consider applicants from private practice. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, adaptable and have excellent interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues.

On offer is a competitive hourly rate and flexible working patterns. You may work part-time, such as 4 days per week, if this suits your lifestyle.
