Sellick Partnership are excited to be working alongside a well-respected London Borough Council to assist them in finding a locum Planning Lawyer to join their dynamic team.

If successful, you will be working remotely, with 1 day office attendance per week, for a period of 3 months + with the view to become on-going. The role will pay £40 - £50 depending on level of experience.

The successful Planning Lawyer will ideally have local government and advising at committee experience which will be beneficial in their role, however this is not essential. Experience of dealing with section 106 agreements and oher planning matters is essential.

The Planning Lawyer will deal with a variety of matters relating to planning law, such as:

  • Section 106s
  • Providing advice to officers on a wide range of planning matters
  • Advising at committee and reviewing committee reports
  • Drafting agreements
  • Acting for the council in Planning Appeals
