Planning Lawyer required to join a public sector organisation based in East of England for an initial 3 months, with a view of extension thereafter.

The post requires someone ideally to undertake both planning law related matters on the contentious and non-contentious side. We appreciate that this is unusual for candidates to have experience in both so would like to hear from candidates that experience in either area. The post would be handling a caseload which includes;

  • S106, S38 and S278 agreements at varying complexity
  • Planning advice and committee work
  • Planning prosecutions and enforcements
  • Licensing matters

This role would be ideal for someone who enjoys a variation of Commercial work and looking to develop their skills. Our client is able to offer flexibility and home working for the successful candidate.
