Planning Lawyer required to join a local authority based in Hertfordshire for an initial 3 month period.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Planning Lawyer with experience in planning matters across the board to join a supportive team within a local authority.

Day to day duties of the job will vary, appealing to Planning Lawyers who enjoy dealing with an interesting caseload. Role responsibilities will include;

* Attending planning committees
* Offering planning advice
* Drafting s106 agreements
* Dealing with enforcement matters

The council have some regeneration work coming up which will ultimately impact on your caseload, making this a great opportunity to be a part of some really interesting development work.
