Planning Lawyer required to join a local authority based in Cambridgeshire for an initial 3 month period.
This is a great opening for a hardworking planning lawyer to hit the ground running while working in a small team within a friendly local authority.
The role will involve owning a caseload of complex planning matters, which may include;
- Section 106 agreements
- Enforcement notices
- Compulsory purchase orders
- Judicial reviews
- Statutory challenge applications
There is the opportunity to accommodate flexible working for the successful candidate. The local authority office is easily commutable from London, accessible by car and public transport.
