Our client, a public sector organisation based in in the South West are seeking an experienced Planning Lawyer to join their well run and welcoming team.
The ideal candidate for the Planning Lawyer role will be confident to undertake a caseload of high quality planning law matters, including but not limited to;
- Section 106's
- Certificates of lawfulness
- Attending and advising at Planning Committee
The successful Planning Lawyer candidate will be offered the opportunity of either full time or part time working hours, with some home working available also. This organisation can be reached by public transport, with parking also an option.
The role is initially for 3 months, however is likely to be extended to 6 months and beyond for the right Planning Lawyer.
Although public sector experience would be advantageous candidates from private practive backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
