We are looking for a Planning Lawyer to join a London Local Authority.

As a Planning Lawyer you will be working in the Public and Corporate Law Division dealing with matters relating to town and country planning, highways, infrastructure, traffic management, local government law and governance.

You will also be responsible for managing matters and negotiating, drafting and providing advice in relation to complex agreements under section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and the Highways Act 1980. There is also the opportunity to be involved in some project work.

The successful candidate will ideally have local government experience, however those from a private sector experience will be strongly considered.

This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team in a Central London Location. The contract is for an initial period of 6 months however there is a possibility that this will be extended.
