A leading regional law firm committed to the full range of legal issues, my client is a Legal 500 accredited practice providing legal advice to individuals, businesses, and organisations. Their focus on client care is what drives the firm's success, and this is illustrated in the excellent feedback they receive.

Their renowned Planning and Development team are now seeking a Planning Lawyer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The team deals with a variety of planning & development related matters, and as part of this role candidates should have sound and applicable planning knowledge to deal with the caseload.

The caseload will include:

  • Providing strategic and efficient planning advice
  • Dealing with contentious planning matters
  • Assisting private and professional and private clients, landowners, and developers
  • Providing representation to Local Planning Authorities and Developers
  • Promoting and marketing on behalf of the planning team
