Planning Lawyer required to join a local authority based in London for an initial 6 month period.
Our client is ideally looking for somebody to join the team on a full time basis, although they are happy to consider candidates who are looking for part-time hours.
The successful Planning Lawyer will be experienced in dealing with a busy caseload of the following matters;
- - Drafting S106 agreements
- - S278 agreements
- - S38 agreements
- - General Planning advice
- - Providing advice on CIL matters
The Council are keen to hear from Planning Lawyers who also have experience in handling contracts and property matters, particularly in relation to conveyancing.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a popular local authority who are very accommodating to their staff, offering home-working up to 1 day per week where appropriate.
The ideal candidate will come from a local authority background, although this is not essential as long as a good knowledge of public law is held.
The office is well located, situated within walking distance from public transport links. Shops and restaurants are also close by, making this a sociable location.
We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Rayhaneh Tehrani in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
