Our client, a Local Authority based in West Yorkshire, is seeking a Planning Legal Officer to join their busy and friendly team.
The successful Legal Officer will assist within the Planning team and will ideally have previous experience in dealing with Planning and Highways law, whether that be in a private-practice or public sector environment.
The Planning Legal Officer will be dealing with matters in relation to public rights of way, tree preservation orders, and planning enforcement.
This position will begin on a full-time basis for 3 months initially, but with the possibility that the assignment could continue beyond that.
The Local Authority's offices are based in the town centre and are easily accessible by public transport.
