Planning Lawyer is required to join a small local authority in the South East for a period of 2-3 months initially and the view to extend depending on permanent recruitment thereafter.
Our client is happy for the role to be completely remote and is happy to consider someone on a 3, 4 or 5 day working week depending on the candidate's preference.
The role will be all planning related work, mainly S106 agreements and attending planning committee virtually in the main. You will be providing planning advoce and delegating work to one other planning lawyer.
Candidates must be available on short notice.
