Sellick Partnership is currently assisting a local authority based in London with the recruitment of a Paralegal to join a friendly, well-respected team, for an initial 3 - 6 month basis.

The ideal Paralegal will be required to deal with a range of Planning, Property and Contract matters including the following:

  • Right to buy
  • Notice of assignment matters
  • Landlord and Tenant matters
  • Commercial Conveyancing
  • Planning matters, including planning enforcement notices, Breach of Condition Notices and Tree Preservation Orders
  • Drafting co-ordination of contracts

The successful candidate will be available to start immediately and will be able to run and manage their own caseload of non-contentious matters. This is a great opportunity for a paralegal to gain autonomy and broaden their experience in more than one practice area. They are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking candidates with excellent attention to detail. This local authority will be able to offer flexibility in terms of working hours, along with some home working.

Candidates from either a private practice or local government background are encouraged to apply.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Kemi Awodiji in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
