Their leading Planning Law department is seeking out a Planning Associate to join their highly regarded team as part of their expansion in the Midlands.

My client consistently delivers pragmatic and commercial advice to their impressive client base, and are on the lookout for a self-driven and experienced Planning Solicitor who can manage their own caseload in order to advise on all aspects of planning issues such as:

  • Development plans,
  • Infrastructure projects,
  • Compulsory purchase,
  • Development Consent orders,
  • Enforcement,
  • Environmental impact assessment,
  • Estate planning,
  • Highways,
  • Listed buildings,
  • Appeals & applications.
