Principal Childcare Lawyer is required to join a unique local authority on a permanent basis.

As the Principal Childcare Lawyer you will be required to manage a team of childcare lawyers, paralegals and legal assistants.

Ideally you will have previous experience of managing a team or be at a Senior level looking to make that next step in your career. You will report directly into the Head of Childcare and will be supported in order to ensure the strategic vision is put into action. They have seen an increase in cases rise and thus you will be on hand to ensure that cases are delegated along with developing and growing the team as you see fit.

You will handle your own matters but this will be of the more complex nature and your billable hours will be pro rata down due to management responsibilities.

The team range from less experienced to experienced lawyers, they are a welcoming team and a lovely team to work with. The offices are based close to the train station making it accessible from London and the surrounds. It is located in a lovely office.
