Sellick Partnership are recruiting for a an exciting opportunity for someone to join a Local Authority in the East Midlands as a Principal Lawyer on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in public childcare law as well as previous management experence. The Principal Childcare Lawyer post will involve:
- Managing upto 21 people, including 4 senior solicitors
- Member of the senior management team
- Recruiting to vacant posts
- Mentoring and coaching staff
- Supporting in developing the team
- Dealing with the strategic management
- Advising on more complex child care matters
- Holding a small caseload (2-3)
