Principal Litigation Paralegal with education experience is required to join a social enterprise firm on a permanent basis. Our client undertakes work for three key Local Authority clients, NHS and CCGs within the locality so if you are looking to develop a career within public sector work, this is an exciting opportunity to do so. Our client has three sites and you have the opportunity to work in either of these sites as your base. Candidates who are able to commute to Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire or Northamptonshire are strongly encouraged to apply.
As the Principal Litigation paralegal, you will be responsible for a small team of 2-3 paralegals and will be delegating files across to the team. You will also be responsible for managing a caseload of SEN tribunal cases and will also clerk school admission and exclusion appeals. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career and have the chance to work on more complex cases.
Our client is looking for candidates who are interested in a long term career path with the organisation. The client is happy to consider candidates that have 6-12 months paralegal experience and/ or are CILEX qualified or those who have completed or are studying their LPC or GDL.
