Principal Litigation Solicitor required to join a Local Authority based in Hampshire.
The successful Principal Solicitor will be expected to manage a team of approximately 6 individuals of varying levels of qualification and experience. Our client is seeking a solutions orientated individual, who has demonstrable experience of managing a team within a local authority and is able to advise on governance.
There will also be a caseload which will consist of both criminal and civil litigation matters, such as:
- School Appeals
This position is to start immediately for an initial period of 3 months, however, there is a possibility of extension beyond that.
Our client is seeking someone who can commit to full-time hours, in return they can offer 1-2 days of homeworking once settled.
