Bassetlaw District Council currently have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Planning and Property Solicitor to join their legal services team. The Principal Planning and Property Solicitor post is offered on a full time, permanent basis.
What you'll be doing: As part of the Principal Solicitor post you will undertake work relating primarily to Planning and Property, including dealing with complex planning agreements and property transactions. You will support the Council's Planning Committee as well as working within the Council's legal team to support their wider business objectives.
For this Role: For the Principal Planning and Property Solicitor post you must be a Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a current Practicing Certificate, have a full and current driving licence, minimum degree qualification and good interpersonal and negotiating skills.
