Unmissable opportunity for a Principal Property Lawyer!

Sellick Partnership are looking for an experienced property lawyer to join a London Borough Council in a principal permanent role.

The Principal Property Lawyer will lead the property team, including commercial, residential and regeneration work. They will be responsible for the management of the team, including budgets and billing.

This council have many projects on the go and the work is really interesting. This is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career with this dynamic and growing council.

For the foreseeable future this role will be remote and the council are very open to predominantly homebased working even once offices are open.

The Principal Property Lawyer must have managerial experience and a sound knowledge of property law. Local authority experience is preferential but not required.
