An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Principal Property Lawyer to join a niche social enterprise firm on a permanent basis. This firm prides itself on being one of the leading providers for legal services to public sector clients within the region.
The successful Principal Property Lawyer will report to Head of Commercial but you will be responsible for managing a team. This will comprise of one to one appraisals, making sure they are achieving billable targets each month, supervision and delegation of workloads.
You and your team will be undertaking some really interesting and complex regeneration and development projects alongside routine commercial and residential property work.
Due to undertaking work for a variety of clients, the work can range from;
- Highway and CPO road schemes
- Housing redevelopment schemes with developers such as investment from footballers
- Working in conjunction with HS2
- Working on behalf of local authorities with town centre regeneration (shop fronts etc.)
Our client is seeking an experienced commercial property lawyer, ideally someone who has worked for or on behalf of local authorities and the wider public sector. Alternatively, they would consider those who have worked in private practice for a significant amount of time on project based work for developers and clients alike.
