Sellick Partnership's specialist legal team are delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Property Lawyer role to join a thriving Local Authority in the Home Counties. The assignment will begin at the end of October on an initial 6 months basis with a view for extension.
This exciting opportunity offer the successful Principal Property Lawyer the chance to manage a productive team of four to five lawyers and to work on a myriad of diverse Commercial Property matters. This will range from Section 106 agreements to housing regeneration schemes.
The team are seeking a competent, hard-working individual who can hit the ground running in this role. In return, our client is offering an attractive hourly rate of up to £45 per hour depending on experience and flexible working arrangements such as home working and a condensed week.
This role would suit a competent Property Lawyer looking to further develop their property and managerial skills within a high-level role.
The Local Authority is easily commutable from London and the Home Counties and enjoys the proximity of cafes, restaurants and shops.
