Are you a Legal Secretary who obtains a good background of experience within Private Client? My client is a forward-thinking, progressive law firm who have success from delivering a high quality legal service to both business and private clients. Their growing private client department, who specialise in all areas of private client work, seek a supportive and a confident communicator to join their friendly team.
The role of a Private Client Legal Secretary will include general duties such as:
- Opening and closing of files
- Dealing with all anti-money laundering procedures
- Completion of dictation
- Preparing documentation
- Answering incoming calls and emails
- Liaising with clients
- General administration - including photocopying, filing and scanning
Part of a close knit team, the department work alongside other departments in the firm so the successful candidate must be a team player. You will have excellent IT skills and a good understanding of the need to prioritise when working with both clients and colleagues.
