My client a leading law firm based in Nottinghamshire, is looking for an NQ-3PQE Private Client Solicitor to join their thriving accredited Private Client team. Their attentive and tailored approach to their wide range of clients, alongside the pragmatic and innovative legal advice they offer, is what sets them apart from other firms.

The successful Private Client Solicitor will have a background in handling their own caseload of private client matters and have experience in the following areas

  • Will drafting including complex wills, estate and inheritance tax planning
  • Estate Administration
  • Taking instructions and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney for both health and welfare and property and financial affairs
