My client is top tier Legal 500 firm with offices worldwide. They are a commercial law firm advising strategic and pragmatic guidance spanning the full legal spectrum. The opportunity to join the firms leading private client team has opened up for a Private Client Associate. The team deal with a varying range of matters including IHT advice, trusts, wills and probate, lasting powers of attorney, charities and Court of Protection work.
The successful candidate will provide full support to this renowned Private Client team and assist with the following duties:
- Supporting partners with their workload
- Drafting Wills and the preparation of lasting powers of attorney
- Assisting with probate and the administration of estates
- Communicating via email, letter and telephone with clients and other parties
- Reviewing documents, taking instructions and liaising with clients
- Undertaking legal research
