£30000 - £35000 per annum
Sellick Partnership is currently seeking an outstanding Project Accountant for an award winning digital solutions organisation on a strong growth trajectory with diverse offerings in IT infrastructure, data analytics and artificial intelligence.
The company has gone through continued growth and expansion winning a number of marquee projects for the Nuclear Industry, Home Office and other large Central Government bodies. Partnering the senior team you will be adding valuable insight and guidance on project profitability and maximising margins with exposure to the commercial side of the business.
Once in the Project Accountant post you will be reporting to the Finance Director, taking control of the following areas from head office:
- Commercial insight on project profit maximisation
* Senior stakeholder/business partnering up to and including board level
* Project Budget and forecast
* Partnering project teams from tender to completion
* Client management and bespoke analysis pack provision
The project accountant will act as an integral part of the projects team and link to senior management team who will seek opportunities to add commercial insight and value through improved project cost management and developing close relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The successful Project Accountant will ideally be part qualified. Demonstrable experience as a project accountant or in a similar role with Cost/Budget Analysis and confident in reporting to senior stakeholders and managing billable professionals and be IT literate in particular strong excel skills.
