Due to an exciting period of growth and transformation, a well-established business based in Liverpool is currently looking to appoint a Project Accountant on an interim basis for four months.
As Project Accountant you will be working alongside the Financial Controller and be responsible for:
- Ensuring rent increases are carried out across the finance systems
- Following processes for each system and identifying process improvements
- Liaising with internal stakeholders in relation to the rents and service charges
As Project Accountant you will have the following skill set:
- Strong systems experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid finance background
