Project and Regeneration Lawyer

Project and Regeneration Solicitor required to join a local authority based in East Anglia for an initial 3 month period.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a sought-after public sector organisation. You will be running a busy caseload of a range of property and development work with a focus on complex projects and high profile regeneration work. The successful candidate will also have dealings with the following matters;

  • Complex transactions
  • Sales and purchases
  • Acting for commercial developers
  • Landlord and tenant matters

We believe that this role would be really well suited to a candidate with a wide range of property experience, who has worked on large scale projects and/or developments in the past and is looking for their next challenge.

Due to the intricate nature of the work, it is important to this council that the successful Property Solicitor demonstrates attention to detail, good prioritisation skills, and a highly organised approach to work. You must have proven project management skills and have dealt with these from beginning to end.

This local authority offers a very attractive pay rate, and are open to considering flexible working arrangements such as home working for the successful applicant.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Leah Edgar in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
