Our client are currently seeking a highly experienced Project Manager

Responsibilities will include:

  • To project manage the development and submission of complex bids for local authority partnerships, Combined Authorities, government funding and other opportunities
  • To project manage and co-ordinate multi-disciplined teams with internal colleagues and external partners/consultants such as architects, legal advisers and surveyors, to develop bids and tenders for new opportunities
  • To contribute to the development of the strategic approach to placemaking and town centre regeneration, working with partners to maximise funding streams to deliver longer term regeneration
  • Develop strong relationships with key personnel within organisations such as local authorities, other Registered Providers and government agencies to realise cross-organisational complementary objectives to maximise new opportunities and build mutually beneficial long-term partnerships
  • To be responsible for undertaking high level appraisals to assess opportunities and development schemes

The Successful person will have:

  • Experience of developing and delivering bids and delivering regeneration projects including town centre regeneration
  • Experience of project managing complex regeneration and or housing schemes on time and to budget
