We are looking for a Property and Planning Lawyer to join a local authority based West London on a contract basis.

The successful Lawyer will undertake a varied role, comprising of a mixture of Property and Planning work, which will include:

  • CPO's
  • S106 agreements
  • Planning and highway agreements
  • Planning and enforcement appeals
  • Planning Inquiries
  • Leases and licenses
  • Dealing with Titles
  • Major projects

Our client is looking to hear from candidates who are immediately available or on a short notice period. The ideal Property and Planning Lawyer will have previous public sector experience, although this is not essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Property and Planning lawyer to join a friendly and supportive team who can accommodate flexible working, by allowing up to one day working from home to increase work life balance
