Are you a Paralegal or Legal Assistant with experience of Property or Planning Law? If so, I have an excellent work opportunity for you!

One of my clients, a friendly London Council, is seeking a Paralegal to join them to assist both the Property and Planning teams.

It will be a locum contract for a minimum of 6 months and will be predominantly office-based with 1-2 days flexible home working per week.

The successful Paralegal will take on a range of responsibilities from supporting heavily with Property and Planning transactions to drafting relevant documents and carrying out associated admin tasks.

My client is happy to offer training if you have Property or Planning experience but not both. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your legal career by taking on a broad range of work and upskilling yourself.

You will be part of a friendly and well-regarded team. We have had great feedback from our candidates who work there and they don't often recruit in these teams so it is a rare opportunity to join them.

If you have the relevant experience and you are available immediately or on short notice (up to 4 weeks), then please apply immediately to be considered for shortlisting.

Alternatively should you require further information please contact Chloë Cameron in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
